The College is run by a Governing Body consisting of the Provost and Fellows. Governing Body Fellows are charity trustees of the College.
Undergraduate and postgraduate student representatives also attend in non-voting capacity for the discussion of unreserved items.
The Governing Body meets three times per term, and in the Long Vacation (summer). It is chaired by the Provost.
