As well as always being open for prospective applicants to have a look around, The Queen’s College also runs a variety of Open Days throughout the year. The scheme of Open Days changes depending on the term.
Large Open Day – September 20th 2013
Queen’s is participating in the University-wide Open Day on the 20th September. The College will be open from 9.30 – 17.00 and tours will be running all day, run by current students.
We are also offering an admission talk followed by a Q&A from 12.15 – 13.00.
Some of our subject tutors will also be available for informal drop-in chats from 14.00 – 15.00 on both days.
Please note that you do NOT need to register beforehand to attend any of these events.
Queen’s does not have any parking available for the Open Day. We strongly advise visitors to make use of the city’s extensive Park and Ride system:
Little Open Days
During our Summer Term (Trinity Term) every year we organise “Little Open Days” on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week. The planned dates for these for 2014 are:
|Little Open Days 2014|
|April||28th and 30th|
|May||5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th, and 28th|
|June||2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, and 18th|
These “Little Open Days” allow prospective applicants to see the College as a working environment during term-time and to meet current students, the Admissions Tutor and the School Liaison Officer. The days run from 12.25 to about 14.30 and include lunch in the College free of charge.
Booking for Little Open Days is done online, and a form will uploaded to this page in due course.
