Decanal Office
Description of Responsibilities
The Decanal Office comprising of The Dean and the three Junior Deans deals predominantly with issues related to students’ discipline and welfare at The Queen’s College. It also approves and oversees student functions in College ie. society meeting and parties. The Junior Deans assist The Dean with her duties, dealing with most of the day-to-day assignments.

Emergency Contact
In case of emergencies concerning student welfare like sudden illness, injuries, accidents or other concerns the Junior Deans can be called for assistance via the College Lodge: +44 (0)1865 2 79120 or in exceptional circumstances contacted directly in their rooms.
Decanal Office Hours
The Decanal Office is offering drop-in office hours throughout term for students to come and talk to The Dean or the Junior Deans in full confidence about personal matters, welfare issues or to apply in person for student events to be held in College. Students are also welcome to contact the Decanal Office to request appointments outside the office hours.

Wednesdays – 1st to 8th week
17:00 – 17:15hrs
