Tour to Scotland and the North of England
From Friday 31 August to Tuesday 11 September the choir will be touring the UK, reaching as far north as Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands. The choir will be singing concerts in Leeds Parish Church, Leeds Town Hall, Dunfermline Abbey, and St Magnus Cathedral (Orkney). In addition the choir will be visiting, and singing services in parishes of which the College is patron. The choir will also visit a number of schools, giving pupils the opportunity to ask the students what Oxford is really like.
Next January, the Choir will make a CD recording of music by Handel and Scarlatti. The project is an exciting collaboration with The Brook Street Band.
