Eason, Joe. 1961-1964
Read Modern History. Worked for electricity generator, then LSE before joining management college of steel industry. After college Principal, became Education asnd Training Manager for British Steel/ Corus UK before retirement from employment. On the board of Foundation Degree Forward and involved in other education activities
Edwards, Nicholas. 1979-1982
After graduating from Queen's in Physiological Sciences, Nicholas completed his medical studies in Oxford and then practiced general medicine and surgery for a year. In 1985 he joined Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) and spend 18 years there doing business consulting in healthcare and life sciences. Since 2005 he has been chairman of a start up consulting company called Kinapse and a network of Business Angel investors called MedInnovate. He is married with two children and lives in Oxford.
Edyvean, Robert. 1977-1980
Rob studied Classics at Queens. Since then he has been a travel rep in Europe, played drums for a semi-professional soul band The Exocettes, and become involved in IT. He now works as a freelance IT consultant and lives in Fulham, London.
Ellis, Anthony Ewart. 1965-1969
Tony graduated in zoology at Queen's and then went to do a PhD in fish immunology in Aberdeen's Marine Laboratory, where he happily remains as a researcher.He has had 5 wonderful children and enjoys the Highlands.
Ellis, Mark. 1983-1987
After graduating from Queen's in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) in 1987, Mark moved to London to work for the advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, and subsequently joined the BBC's Policy and Planning unit. He now runs his own company advising industry and the media on market research and marketing strategy issues. He lives in Warwickshire, and is married with one young son.
Elton, Hugh. 1986-1990
Hugh did a D.Phil in Literae Humaniores, which has recently been published as ""Warfare in Roman Europe, AD 350-425"" (Oxford, 1996). He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor atTrinity College, Hartford, CT.
English, Ian Clifford. 1982-1985
Ian English is now back in the UK after another stint overseas.
Evans, Mark Christopher. 1977-1980
Mark read Modern Languages at Queens and then trained as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He is now Director of Tax Consultancy at Tenon Group plc, based in London. He is married to Niki, has three children (Tom, Harriet and Kit) and lives in Muswell Hill.
