Completed applications must be sent by email to the College Office (college.office@queens.ox.ac.uk) by 12pm on Wednesday of 1st and 5th Weeks of each term.

Book grant
Completed applications should be sent by email to the College Office (college.office@queens.ox.ac.uk). Book Grant applications will be considered on a rolling basis throughout the academic year, but not during the Summer or Christmas vacations.
Book Grants may also be used towards the cost of electronic learning resources, such as subscriptions for online revision tools.

Applications for the sports subscription grant are processed once per year, and the deadline for submission is 12pm on Wednesday of 5th Week in Trinity Term.
