The Queen’s Women’s Network is for all current students and Old Members of The Queen’s College Oxford, regardless of gender. The Network facilitates professional and social networking for current and Old Members, especially women, by hosting in-person and online events.
The Network aims to promote equality and inclusion and to celebrate success. It enables Queen’s members to connect for advice and support for career development, including sharing opportunities for volunteering and work experience such as placements and internships, via a dedicated LinkedIn group.

The word 'decadence' might conjure thoughts of luxury and indulgence today, but in the late 19th century it described a bold literary and artistic movement that challenged Victorian values.
📚 A new Library exhibition explores the College's connections to this world, spotlighting two Old Members:
Walter Pater (1839–1894) whose writings inspired Oscar Wilde and helped shape aestheticism.
Ernest Dowson (1867–1900) poet of the ‘Tragic Generation’, remembered for his haunting verse

This singing event is led by Dr Samuel Teague, vicar choral at the University Church of St Mary the Virgin. He brings with him The Eglesfield Consort: musicians and choristers from The Queen’s College, Oxford. It's part of a trio of musical outreach events celebrating the College’s deep historic ties to Cumbria and inviting conversations about life and study at Oxford today.
