The Queen’s College seeks to appoint a College Office and Admissions Assistant to start in early May 2023.

The appointee will divide their time between assisting with general office administration and assisting the Admissions and Graduate Administrator with the annual admissions cycle.

This is an ideal first position for someone seeking to start a career in higher education administration or admissions. Formal training will be provided on a number of Oxford University student record systems (e.g. eVision; Admissions Decision Support Systems (ADSS). There will also be opportunities to learn new IT systems and develop your administrative skills in a variety of areas as part of the small and friendly College Office team.

This is a permanent, full-time position. The salary for this post is £23,715 per annum (Grade 4).
