The College Office handles all aspects of academic administration within the College.

Old Members’ Office

The Old Members’ Office supports the work of the Provost, the Fellows and the Queen’s College Association in maintaining the College’s relations with its non-resident members, and is the first point of contact for all queries concerning Old Members of the College, and the various events and services arranged for their benefit.

The Lodge

The function of the Lodge and its staff is to provide security, a postal service (in College), and various other functions including guest room bookings and the issuing of keys. The Lodge is the first place to come with all general queries.

Decanal Office

The Decanal Office comprising of The Dean and the two Junior Deans deals predominantly with issues related to students’ discipline and welfare at The Queen’s College. It also approves and oversees student functions in College ie. society meeting and parties. The Junior Deans assist The Dean with her duties, dealing with most of the day-to-day assignments.
