Meeting rooms - The Queen's College, Oxford

The meeting rooms at Queen’s seat from 10 to 110 delegates. These range from a contemporary light auditorium to exquisite 16th century wood-panelled, Persian-carpeted board rooms. For large conferences we have a range of syndicate rooms. For summer schools we have additional classroom spaces for teaching small classes.

Shulman Auditorium

The Shulman Auditorium is a tranquil space embracing the garden in which it is located. Built in 2011, it combines award-winning architecture with state-of-the-art technology. The glass foyer is an ideal setting for refreshments, opening out into the secluded garden area.

Memorial Room

A traditional wood-panelled room with large Georgian sash windows running the length of the room and overlooking the gardens of St Peter-in-the-East.

Lecture Room B

Lecture Room B is our largest and most versatile lecture room; it is our only meeting room which can accommodate cabaret style.

Lecture Room A

This room is ideal as a breakout room and is equipped with a digital display screen and large rotating whiteboard.

Lecture Room C

This room is ideal as a breakout room and is equipped with a large whiteboard.

Table Tennis Room

This room is ideal as a breakout room and is equipped with a blackboard.

Old Taberdars’ Room

The Old Taberdars’ Room is a traditional wood-panelled room, furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs.

Carrodus Quad meeting rooms

The Carrodus Quad meeting rooms are located within the Carrodus Quad accommodation building and make excellent breakout rooms for large conferences.

Junior Common Room

The Junior Common Room is a spacious room furnished with Chesterfield sofas and chairs to provide an elegant, comfortable space for relaxing and for informal group sessions.

Moffatt Room

The Moffatt Room is an open workspace area easily accessible in the centre of the College, equipped with laptop connections.
