St Clement’s House is approximately a 10-minute walk to Main College and the city centre. The location is also well served by local bus routes. Due to its close proximity to the College, dedicated bicycle storage is not provided; however, secure bicycle storage is available at the Main College site.
The building has 30 single rooms, all of which are en-suite and offered to graduate students.
There are four shared kitchens, each equipped with standard cooking equipment. Laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) are available on site and are charged per use.
Running roughly parallel to St Clement’s Street, Cowley Road is hub of cultural activity and home to a vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural venues that reflect the area’s multicultural community.
Graduate accommodation is provided on a 38-week, 40-week, or a 48-week continuous licence period from about the last week of September (subject to change).
The College is undertaking regulatory inspections and due diligence to ensure that the building meets all relevant legislative requirements, including those set out in the Accommodation Code of Practice (ACOP) prior to formal registration with the Code.
