The College is in the process of renting a building located on St Clement’s Street, approximately a 10-minute walk to Main College and the city centre. The location is also well served by local bus routes.
There are approximately 30 rooms in the building, all of which are en-suite and offered to graduate students.
There are four kitchens which are shared between students, each equipped with standard cooking equipment. Laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) are available on site and are charged per use.
Running roughly parallel to St Clement’s Street is Cowley Road. Cowley Road is hub of cultural activity and home to a vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural venues that reflect the area’s multicultural community.
Graduate accommodation is provided on a 38-week, 40-week, or a 48-week continuous licence period from about the last week of September (subject to change).
The College is undertaking regulatory inspections and due diligence to ensure the building meets all relevant legislative requirements, including those set out in the Accommodation Code of Practice (ACOP) prior to formal registration with the Code.
