St Clement’s House is located at 39-40 St Clement’s Street, OX4 1AB, approximately a 10-minute walk from Queen’s and the city centre. The location is also well served by local bus routes. Due to its proximity to the College, dedicated bicycle storage is not provided; however, secure bicycle storage is available at the Main College site.
The building has 30 single rooms, all of which are en-suite and offered to graduate students.
There are four shared kitchens, each equipped with standard cooking equipment. Laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) are available on site and are charged per use.
Running roughly parallel to St Clement’s Street, Cowley Road is hub of cultural activity and home to a vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural venues that reflect the area’s multicultural community.
Graduate accommodation is provided on a 38-week, 40-week, or a 48-week continuous licence period from about the last week of September (subject to change).
The College is working towards formal registration with the Accommodation Code of Practice (ACOP) and remains committed to meeting the requirements of the Code.
