How to apply

Please read the general criteria carefully and then complete the application form. Please note that only applicants for courses offered by The Queen’s College will be eligible for consideration.

In order to apply, please email your completed application form and accompanying materials to the Admissions and Graduate Administrator (admissions@queens.ox.ac.uk) by 12pm noon (GMT) on Friday 13 March 2026.

Please include your application number in your communications with the Admissions and Graduate Administrator.

Applications to the Jardine Graduate Scholarship require a reference letter sent directly to the Admissions and Graduate Administrator from the referee (from their professional work address) by 12pm noon (GMT) on Friday 13 March 2026. Please note that, if your referee has not submitted their letter by the aforementioned deadline, your application will be considered incomplete, and will automatically be ineligible for consideration.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your application materials have all been submitted; regrettably, the College is not in a position to check this on your behalf.

Please note that you must have already been offered a place to study at the University of Oxford in order to be nominated for consideration for this scholarship. If we have not received confirmation that you have been offered a place to study at the University of Oxford by Friday 27 March 2026, your Jardine application will automatically be ineligible (even if you submitted an application to us before the stipulated deadline).

For application in the 2026 postgraduate admissions cycle, you do not need to have named Queen’s as your first preference College. If your application is successful, you will be required to transfer to Queen’s.

Please note that, from the 2027 postgraduate admissions cycle onwards, direct application to Queen’s (i.e., naming Queen’s as your first preference College) is required in order to be eligible to apply for the Jardine award via The Queen’s College.

Awarded by

The Jardine Foundation.
