The Catering Manager is responsible for the organisation and supervision of a wide range of catering services both in term time and during the vacations. This includes all student meals and special functions, Old Member weddings and conference dinners.

I work within the Buttery, helping maintain high standards and service levels when it comes to food & beverage along with other aspects of catering.

I have worked in colleges doing a variety of different roles since I was 16. More recently, I worked in hotel management and also have experience within the hospitality & service industry in pubs and bars.

Outside of College work life, I’m a massive football fan, supporting Liverpool home and away when I’m not working.
