The Oxford Guild of Chefs has released a new series of short interviews championing local culinary talent and encouraging young people into hospitality. The College’s Head Chef, Sean Ducie, shares his journey and why he’d urge aspiring chefs to give the profession a try.

Sean says:

I feel incredibly privileged to be invited to take part in the Chef Talk series. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to follow my passion for cooking—working in some truly remarkable places and gaining unforgettable experiences along the way. Being a chef is more than a profession; it’s a lifelong journey. Having the opportunity to share that journey, and help highlight the richness of our industry, is a real honour. Huge thanks to the brilliant team behind the filming and editing—what they’ve created is truly stunning.
