In case of bad weather, the Hall, Cloisters, Shulman Auditorium and some gazebos will be available for shelter.
There is no strict dress code: we suggest smart casual but being comfortable at this outdoor event is most important!
Tickets
Tickets went on sale on at 12pm (noon) on Monday 18 May for Queen’s Society members before general release at 12pm (noon) on Wednesday 20 May.
Booking closes on 15 June, although this event will be popular, so early booking is advised.
£40 per person for Old Members and adult guests
£15 for children aged 5 to 17
Free for under 5s
The price includes all activities, as well as a selection of drinks: Pimm’s for the over 18s, mocktails, tea, coffee; and juice and water for children. A range of sandwiches, cakes and picnic items will also be available on a self‑service basis in the Servery and Hall.
The Beer Cellar will be open during the afternoon, with drinks available to purchase separately (card only).
Booking
We are using WeGotTickets, an Oxford-based external ticketing provider, to process bookings for this event.
Please direct any ticket-related queries, including cancellations, to WeGotTickets. The College is able to offer refunds up to one week before the event. After this point, final catering numbers will have been confirmed and food orders placed.
