Graduate Scholarship Scheme for Ukrainian refugees
The University of Oxford has launched a graduate scholarship scheme for Ukrainian Refugees, which offers full financial support to pursue graduate study at Oxford for the 2022-23 academic year for those who have been displaced within or outside Ukraine.
Up to 20 scholarships will be awarded to graduates who are ordinarily resident in Ukraine and have suitable qualifications, for admission onto a one-year, full-time postgraduate taught course (Masters) within the University. The Queen’s College is one of the colleges participating in this scheme. College allocations will depend on which courses successful applicants have applied for. If a student is placed at Queen’s, the College will provide them with free accommodation and meals within College, membership of the Middle Common Room, and a stipend of £7,500.
Student recruitment will take place through advertising among Ukrainian Universities, on social media, and using informal networks, such as the communications channels of the Oxford University Ukraine Society. Potential students may also come through the family reunification route or the UK Government's Homes for Ukraine scheme.
