Provost elected Vice President (Evidence) of INGSA

5 October 2021

The Provost Dr Claire Craig has been appointed Vice President (Evidence) of the International Network for Government Science Advice (INGSA).  INGSA provides the forum for policy makers, practitioners, national academies, scientific societies, and researchers to share experience and develop theoretical and practical approaches to the use of scientific evidence in informing policy at all levels of government.

You can read her article about INGSA's recent conference and lessons from the pandemic in Research Fortnight and watch her and Dr Sarah Dillon speak as part of INGSA's Horizon Series

She and Dr Dillon are the authors of the upcoming book, Storylistening: Narrative Evidence and Public Reasoning (Routledge, November 2021), which explores how understanding narrative evidence and critical listening can help overcome complex global challenges.
