College Record 2020
The latest edition of the College Record, which covers the 2019-20 academic year, is now available in print and online. Copies have been mailed to Old Members and should have arrived at UK addresses. The international post may take quite a bit longer due to the pandemic.
The 2020 College Record includes reports from College Officers, student clubs and societies, and research centres, as well as news of Old Members’ activities and details of how the College marked 40 years of co-education at Queen’s. This year’s articles are by Dr Marta Arnaldi (Laming Research Fellow) about her interdisciplinary project: ‘From Translating Illness to Translating COVID-19: a Humanities Response to the Pandemic’; Dr Christopher Hollings (Clifford Norton Senior Research Fellow) who looks at the history of Clifford Norton Fellows and Students at Queen’s; and Dr Kathryne Crossley (Kellogg College) who delves into the history of Oxford college servants and vacation employment.
The Old Members’ Office have also recently published the Development Report, covering the financial period 2019-20 and showing the impact of the gifts to Queen’s made by our Old Members and Friends.
